The UPI Generator System is a sophisticated and secure solution designed to generate and manage 9-digit random UPIs for individuals. This system serves as a pivotal component in facilitating identification and registration processes for two key institutions, the National Registration Bureau (NRB) and the Civil Registration System (CRS). The primary goal of this system is to ensure unique and reliable identification for citizens across various governmental services using a number that will be known as the “Maisha Namba”.

An enrolled citizen will be able to access the following and more services using a single identity - Identification, NHIF, NSSF, NTSA, KRA, Boma Yangu etc.
